Erica Gierman
II have over 20 years of experience as a therapist, healer and safe space holder which I bring with me to Soul Self Healings. I am also a Reiki Master, certified in Breathwork, trained in working with and clearing energy, certified in Brainspotting and trained in Hypnotherapy by the wise, loving and magical Dr. Brian Weiss. In my capacity at Soul Self Healings I combine what I have learned from Psychology and lived and experienced from Spirituality to create a unique combination of services tailored to your specific needs and goals.
I allow myself to be guided by my own energy, education, trainings, my ancestors, the intelligence of my body and intuition. There is power and richness in every experience we have ever had. Some may say we even carry with us the learning and education from many lifetimes within our Soul Self. Every healing modality offered at Soul Self Healings has helped me personally heal and connect to my own soul.
My education includes spirituality and psychology yet this is not psychotherapy. I encourage individuals I work with to utilize any and all beliefs and modalities that support them through their life. I am a very open minded person and believe that our best decisions are made when they come from a deep inner knowing. No one can tell you what to do or how to feel. Your experience is always valid and I will meet you where you are at. There is no diagnosing or clinical psychotherapy offered at Soul Self Healings.
Some fun facts:
I am a lifelong LA Native who grew up by the beach. Admiring trees and having sand between my toes are some of my favorite things. I'll always choose a sunny day over a rainy day. I'm a lover of all things mystical, magical and things that sparkle! I love live music at small venues and surrealist art exhibits. I am a Scorpio times 3 and love a good astrology reading. I trained in hypnosis with Dr. Brian Weiss and we have the same birthday (love that synchronicity). My world view is through a spiritual lens where we are all connected and there is magic everywhere. My greatest gift in life is being a mom to an amazing daughter. I believe that love is the answer to most all things.
