The relationship between client and therapist is essential to success. It is vital you feel comfortable and safe to freely express yourself during your therapy sessions.
As we grow, experience life and meet many types of people the voices of the outside world can get confused with our own inner voice. It can become difficult to decipher which is which and you may begin to wonder, “Who Am I” and “What is my purpose”? Together we can work towards your ability to answer these questions for yourself with certainty and confidence.

Session Info & Fees
Therapy sessions are 45-50 minutes in length and fees are $275 per session. Payment is due at the time of each session, cash and personal checks are accepted.
Sessions are typically scheduled to occur one time per week at the same time and day if possible. I may suggest a different amount of therapy depending on the nature and severity of your concerns. Your consistent attendance greatly contributes to a successful outcome.
Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you are expected to notify me at least 24 hrs in advance of our appointment. If you do not provide me with at least 24 hours notice in advance, you are responsible for the full payment for the missed session.
An illness or emergency situation will void the 24-Hour Cancellation Policy.
Insurance Info
If you elect to utilize your insurance benefits you will need to find out if you have out of network mental health benefits as I would be considered an out of network mental health provider.
Most PPO health insurance plans have these benefits. If you elect to use out of network benefits you will pay me directly per session. I can provide you with a receipt also referred to as a Superbill at the end of each month for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The insurance company will then reimburse you all or a portion of the session fee based upon your specific benefit plan.
It is best to call your insurance directly in order to find out what your benefits are while working with an out of network provider. This means that you will be responsible for paying the full session fee at the time of each scheduled appointment.
Mental health services may also be covered by your HSA, Flex Plan, or Medical Savings Account.
Good Faith Estimate
Good Faith Estimate is a new law as of January 2022
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected fees for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
I would love to speak with you further.
Please contact me to see if we would be a good fit to work together. All phone calls and emails will be returned within 48 hours during business days.
