Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a gentle modality used to access the subconscious mind.  I will gently guide you into a deeply relaxed state and then introduce visuals or make suggestions for you to shift your focus to.  You are always in control and can stop the process at anytime.  People seek hypnotherapy for many reasons including to tackle a fear, increase confidence or connect to a younger part of themselves or a past life.  The list of themes and concepts hypnosis can be used for is endless. Hypnosis sessions can be a mixture of childhood, past life, inner resources and soul led hypnosis.

  • We will visit your past lives in these sessions.  Most people visit at least 2 past lives in the time allotted while others visit more.  We always end with a special message from a loving being or your higher self, this is always guided by your soul and highest intelligence.  I was trained by the beloved Dr. Brian Weiss (if you are a fan of his you will note my style has some similarities to him).  These can be very profound and healing. I have witnessed people release many  negative or limiting themes and patterns in their current life after making the link from a hypnosis session that the pattern or theme comes from another lifetime.  I have also witnessed people connect with loved ones who have passed on and receive confirmation or validation of their lifes purpose.  These are indeed magical sessions and the beauty and healing that comes from them is always a surprise.

  • We can visit your childhood and even your time in utero in these sessions.  Often this helps clients provide meaning for certain issues experienced in childhood.  The sessions can provide clarity and revelations to assist a person in moving forward with their life.

    $275 (up to 60 min)

  • These sessions are very relaxing and grounding and the main goal is connecting you to the peace, comfort and safety that lies within you. People often have their own inner resources revealed to them during these sessions.  These inner resources are like gifts from the soul as they can serve as grounding tools to be used in all areas of your life. Through the hypnotic experience they are embedded in your subconscious brain and body to soothe and comfort you when used.

    $275 (up to 60 min)

  • In this hypnosis session we are targeting something specific. It could be a fear or anxiety (fear of flying or test anxiety) and more.   The target could be the opposite and you might be wanting to boost confidence and improve your outcome on something (prepping for an audition or public speaking).  We work up to this session as we first need to establish your goals, build inner resources (typically with an inner Resources Grounding Hypnosis as mentioned above),  Therefore, this service consists of a few combined sessions likely Soul Led Mentoring sessions and hypnosis sessions to get the desired result.

Soul Led Healing Sessions

People often book these sessions in between hypnosis sessions and others book them regularly as one would book mentoring or spiritual guidance sessions.

These sessions are offered to help you process emotions in your own life.  We can create goals and action plans for your life.  It’s all ultimately led by your own soul, you will decide what resonates and what doesn’t.  I will be there to hold space, introduce ideas and concepts and help you explore but ultimately you are always in charge as it is meant to be.  These sessions are also often booked in between hypnosis, brainspotting or reiki to facilitate deeper integration and understanding of what those modalities revealed for the client.

$275 (45-50 min)

Brainspotting

This is a brain-body modality that gets into the subconscious partsof the brain. It is powerful in removing blocks related to traumas, fears, anxieties, sadness and negative thought patterns.  It can also be used to strengthen a skill such as confidence that a person may wish to grow. One session can be powerful for change or it may take multiple sessions.  Results vary and are dependent on each individuals brain and body.  Brainspotting utilizes concepts of mindfulness and being grounded to assist an individual in feeling safe in their body.

$275 (up to 60 min)

Reiki 

Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan.  It can be performed with hands on or just above the client.  The reiki practitioner is scanning a persons energy using their hands.  The energy can be felt even if the practitioner does not touch you.  At the simplest level Reiki is relaxing and at the most profound it offers the receiver deep physical and or emotional healing.  It can help you feel more grounded and balanced.  Reiki performed in person or from a distance is just as powerful, it can relieve pain, increase self awareness and facilitate integration of emotions.

I am able to provide distance reiki sessions and in person sessions.

Ceremonies

I am trained in Space Cleansing and Blessing Ceremonies, which are rooted in honoring energy, intention, and renewal.  I have developed my own way of facilitating ceremonies, tailoring each experience to the unique needs and intentions of the individual or group. Most people reach out for this service when; blessing a new home or office space, clearing stagnant or heavy energy, marking a transition or fresh beginning, calling in peace, clarity, or abundance.

This is an interactive, collaborative process always held with reverence and deep respect. It is truly an honor to guide people through these experiences.

Availability & Pricing

Ceremonies vary in time and scope. Due to travel and preparation, pricing and availability are arranged individually. If you are interested, please reach out via email with what you’re seeking (and if you were referred by a past client). From there, we can set up a time to connect.

If you are need of a reduced fee please do not hesitate to ask.

Services can be done in person in Hermosa Beach, CA or online anywhere.
